I’m Alfredo Paterno, a visual communications designer in Apex, North Carolina. For more than nine years I’ve built the assets companies actually ship: presentation systems, marketing emails, social campaigns, and short motion pieces.
My work includes slide design and infographics for Dell EMC, Oracle, TBM Council, Frost Bank, and Apptio; email and social for restaurants like The Cove, Carolina Ale House, and a’Verde Cocina; and training and product videos for Jack in the Box, Bazaarvoice, Idera, Cisco,
and NetApp.
I work in Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, and presentation platforms, and I can take a messy brief from first layout through production-ready files. I take on freelance and contract projects remotely or in the Triangle.
